Hi there.  I am your friendly librarian and STEAM teacher. I started at Hygiene in 2014, long enough ago that I have seen the Kindergarteners from my first year graduate high school. I grew up in Boulder, and graduated from Fairview High School.  After not recieving my letter to Hogwarts (I'm sure it was just a clerical error), I decided to go to Oz...otherwise known as the University of Kansas (go Jayhawks!).  I taught Social Studies for a few summers, then took time off to have my 3 awesome kids.  I came back to teaching at Frederick Elementary/Thunder Valley in the computer lab before coming to Hygiene.  I have 3 amazing young adults, two awesome stepkids, 3 cats, and 3 dogs. For fun I like to read, watch football, read, cook, read, watch NCAA basketball, read, play with the kids/pets, read, and I recently took up SCUBA diving. 

In class, we split our time between enjoiying books and coding robots. I also run Hawk Studios, and produce the weekly news program Hawk News. 

The only thing that you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library.
