Bio

I am excited and honored to be a 1st-grade teacher at Hygiene Elementary. Previously, I worked in the Kindergarten classrooms. I am dedicated to fostering a love for learning in every child. My teaching philosophy revolves around building a classroom community where students feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in History from Millersville University in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I received my Child Development Associate in 2021. I will graduate in December 2024 with a Master's in Education in Elementary Education.

When I'm not teaching, you can find me spending time with my family, walking my dog, and gardening.
