I have been a part of the Hygiene teaching staff since 2004. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a teaching concentration from CSU.  I also earned my Master's degree in Education with an emphasis on teaching and learning from St. Joseph's College of Maine.

During class, students are expected to integrate physical education context and connections while understanding and participating in the health benefits of physical activities. Students will participate in a fun variety of individual and team skills. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, physical fitness concepts, movement competence, physical, personal, emotional and social wellness, as well as prevention and risk management.
