Picture Retake Day
Picture Retake Day is Wednesday, November 8th
If your student missed Picture Day please have them bring the new envelope that went home in the 11/3 Friday Folders. If you would like a retake of your student’s photo, please have them bring their original photo envelope (if you still have it) with them on Picture Retake Day!! They will not be turned away if they don’t have it!! If they are getting another photo taken, but you are also keeping the original photo taken on Picture Day, please have them bring their new envelope – they will be sent home in 11/3 Friday Folders!
Please reach out to your student’s teacher to let them know they will be having a retake. We will make sure that the photo is completed!!

100 Mile Club will be Tuesdays & Thursdays – 8:25 – 8:55 am
After the Holiday Break, 100 Mile Club will be Tuesdays ONLY due to weather!! We will update you when we switch back to Tuesdays and Thursday again in the Spring!

PreSchool Openings & Important Information
2024-2025 Fall Preschool Pre-Registration Begins December 1
To better serve families and to support a more timely student preschool placement, St. Vrain’s Department of Early Childhood Education is offering families the opportunity to complete the district’s online pre-registration process prior to the state’s Universal Preschool (UPK) application. Families that pre-register in December will receive a notification of their placement from St. Vrain Valley Schools by the end of January, 2024. Pre-registered families will receive ongoing support and communication from St. Vrain Valley Schools if they choose to navigate the UPK process.

St. Vrain Valley Schools’ preschool department has space available in high-quality preschool programming options across the district. Ambassadors: Youth Examples of Self-Advocacy on Nov. 14 at Coal Ridge Middle School from 5-6:30 p.m. as they present, What We Want Everyone to Know About Dyslexia: The student perspective.
