100 Mile Club runners had a great week!
Congratulations Hygiene staff and students! We received the Governors Distinquished Award and John Irwin School of Excellence this week!

We received our awards this week during our teacher’s Professional Development. Way to go HAWKS!
Jogathon is next week! We are neck to neck from last year with our online donations!

Schedule:
9:30 – 9:50 Preschool, kindergarten with 5th grade supporting
10:00 – 10:20 1st grade
10:30 – 10:50 2nd grade
11:00 – 11:20 3rd grade
11:30 – 11:50 4th grade
12:00 – 12:20 5th grade
What is the Hygiene Elementary Jogathon?
The Jogathon is Hygiene Elementary School’s big annual fundraiser organized
by the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). The PTO invests the proceeds
directly into the school to pay for bussing for field trips, to provide $400
classroom supply budget for every teacher, to purchase technology for
student use in the classroom, playground equipment, and for PTO-sponsored
activities throughout the year such as Fall Carnival, STEAM Fair, Spelling Bee,
Hawk Air, Talent Show and much, much more!

Parent Teacher Conferences Sign Up starts on Monday

It’s hard to believe that Meet the Teacher time is here again. We ask kindly that you will log into your Meet the Teacher account and book your conferences.
Please refer to Meet the Teacher – Parent Guide for instructions.
The link will open on Monday, September 22 at 8 am and will close on Friday, September 26 at 4 pm.
You can find your student’s ID in the Infinite Campus.
Fall Festival is October 3rd.

This is a wonderful community event. In your child’s Friday folders is the Fall Fest Sign Up Sheet. Here is the electronic form as well.
We need volunteers to help during the event as well as donations of baked goods and 2 liter soda bottles for some of our games. Please sign up here:

If you are eligible, please fill out the new Education Benefits Form. If eligible, this program provides families with benefits! Please click on the link below and fill out the form. Even though breakfast and lunch are free to all students, this form provides you with additional benefits, but you still must fill out the form IF ELIGIBLE!
Community Schools
Community Schools K-5 Registration for 2024-2025 Opens Next Week
Community Schools offers dynamic extended learning day opportunities for children in grades K-5. Students are provided with a nurturing environment before- and after-school that fosters academic achievement, community, social-emotional growth, and creativity. Availability is limited and interested families are encouraged to register early and select their anticipated days of care immediately.
