Ron, aka Mr. Ron, has been in Longmont since 2015. His time at Hygiene began in August of 2022 as part of the nutrition services team, eventually transitioning to the role of Campus Supervisor in November of 2022. Ron’s previous work experience includes 8 years as an ocean lifeguard/EMT for the City of San Diego and the City of Coronado (serving in a supervisor role) in California. He served in the US ARMY as a paratrooper and Apache helicopter crew chief for 6 years. Primary studies were in biology, with a focus on zoology. Ron also qualified/studied for various emergency water craft and vehicles, a certified rescue diver and member of City of Coronado emergency dive team, and EMT. In his free time Ron enjoys time with his children, writing and recording music, photography, walking/hiking, observation/identification of wildlife, and gardening.
